[PD] NDI receiver

No, there's no NDI object as far as i know.
But there is a Spout sender/receiver for pd :

and Spout has a NDI<>Spout utility : http://spout.zeal.co/download-software/

However i was not able to make the spout external work, despite some
advanced directions (in french) : http://codelab.fr/5547
