Hi, I added a bit of info on the release notes, about changes in noise~

I also see in the release notes that "soundfiler no longer limiting size of
soundfiles" but what's the limit now? Could we update the documentation and
give this information? And while we're on the soundfiler subject, sorry to
bring/suggest another request, but this
<https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/pull/193> would also be a nice
update to it.
