[PD] videoPYLON C++ update needed

Iohannes,

do you think porting to pylon5 is feasible?
I have 2 pieces of USB3 Basler cameras until 1st September, so I can check
if they work properly, at least the image processing.
Please, let me know if you have time to port it.
