There's also Purr Data which comes with batteries included and is a kind of successor to Pd extended. Here you can download both Pd and Purr Data: https://puredata.info/

I was told Pd-extended isn't stable like Pd, what do you think?

Extended is outdated to Pd 0.43, you should be up to date with vanilla (now at version 0.48).

You can install external libraries from deken as you know and even get more up to date libraries, such as cyclone.
And can you recommend a tutorial about: HOW to install PD and all the
libs! What is about deken??

I hope to get this information in the Pd Manual for version 0.49
