videoPYLON is not a GigE-plugin, but a Pylon-plugin.
Basler's Pylon handles multiple industrial-standard protocols, including
GigE.

videoPYLON should be able to handle every camera type, that is supported
by Pylon.
(this is slightly different from the old version of videoPYLON, which
had GigE hardcoded in some places; the updated version is agnostic of
the actual protocol).
