because the original tabwrite~'s setup function gets called by
d_array_setup() which lices in the same compilation unit (aka: source file).
d_array_setup() is called, because Pd doesn't use the library loader
bootstrapping for initialising it's built-in objects, but calls a
hardcoded list of setup-functions.
