[PD] multiple instances of a patch forbidden in 0.49, why?

yeah, that and also not opening multiple instances of the help patch and
test audio. I'm often seeing many duplicates that I really didn't mean to,
and sometimes I get errors like "array multiply defined" and such because
of that.

not a big deal though
