[PD] Pd crashes with error Pd: signal 6

Iohannes,
after cleaning my patches and show the correct path to existing patches to
open or close, and simplifying other processes such as camera related
objects the patch with closing and opening dynamically works stable, no
more crashes occurred.
Following the same practice thought it should work.
