[PD] PdParty 1.2.0 is out

Howdy all,

I'm happy to announce that PdParty <http://danomatika.com/code/pdparty> 1.2.0 is live on the iOS App Store. The fruit of your feedback and the last 6-9 months of using PdParty with robotcowboy.

The important updates are:

* audio update: multichannel support (experimental), speaker/earpiece toggle, bluetooth/airplay output
* MIDI overhaul: virtual MIDI ports, bluetooth MIDI, multiple device mode to specify per-device channel sets (like desktop Pd)
* updated to libpd 0.11.0 (pd 0.48-2)
* min deployment target now iOS 8.0, iOS 6 is no longer supported
* updated to support newer device screen sizes (iPhone X, etc)
* updated RecordingScene to use AVPlayer with custom controls
* speed up outgoing OSC by polling waiting pd messages using CVDisplayLink
* updated app icon
* fixed incorrect MIDI pitchbend range
* show error alert and exit patch view if scene (re)loading failed
