[PD] [PD-dev] Updated Pure Data Reference Card

Hi,
Perhaps you can just pandoc the latex into Readme.md or index.html file instead of pushing a pdf file? 

Also, was the ref card updated manually or were you using a script to get a list of updated objects, etc? If so, it would be nice to have that script as part of the repo
