[PD] No current Gem for OS X?

Hi all,

I updated from el Capitan to macOS Mojave 10.14.1 a few weeks ago and I
have been using Gem without any issues:
- `gemvertexbuffer`-ing stuff,
- `pix_record`-ing stuff...
- no `pix_image`, as before, but
- yay `pix_multiimage` (up to 3.9 Gb of RAM or crash :)

I guess the big 32bit app ban would come in 2019?

Cheers!
