[PD] pd 0.49-1 crashes at open on Mac OS X 10.14

Lucas,

that is the same mirror. Tried both.
When I load a patch created before, all the externals load immediately. But
if I open Pd 0.49-1 and just want to patch, no externals are available.
Very strange behaviour.
