[PD] pd 0.49-1 crashes at open on Mac OS X 10.14

it is a loop

1) crashes at startup
2) on second start it prints in the console:
Pd seems to have crashed on startup.
(re-save preferences to reinstate them)
and no loading externals. Saving all preferences and restarting Pd causes
an immediate crash, go back to point 1)
