[PD] PdParty 1.2.1

For those of you iOS people, PdParty 1.2.1, a bugfix release, is live on the Apple App Store today.

Main points are:

* virtual MIDI ports actually work now
* fixed a crash and some layout issues on iOS 8 & 9
