[PD] Error launching PD 0.49 on Win64

Hi all,
i'm cleaning my computer and i unistalled some old stuff.
Now when i start pd i get

couldn't load library "C:/Program Files/Pd/lib/reg1.3/tclreg13.dll":

I unistalled all the old win sdk and kept only the most recent one.
Could it be related?
