[PD] Compiled Pd for raspberry pi: no 0.49? What to do after downloading it?

Hey, well, I don;t know what this is, never seen or dealt with it. But it
seemed easy... what I did is I downloaded:

puredata_0.49.0-3_all.deb
<https://cdn-aws.deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/puredata/puredata_0.49.0-3_all.deb>


Then I tried opening it with "Package Install" - but it "Failed to install
file".

And I'm already stuck :/
