[PD] SysEx In issue

HI Mario,

Interesting results from this test confirm that there's an issue on 
[sysexin] :

Same test-patch with this config:

Pc-1 running Pd

midicable
|
Pc-2 running midi-ox (used for monitoring incoming data)

- 7 byte sysex arrives fine (no dropped messages) if fired @ 0.5ms
- Some notes are being dropped if fired @ 0.5ms

With this different test:

Pc-1 running Pd (same test-patch firing @ 0.5ms)

Pc-2 running Pd (throwing [sysexin] or [notein] to an [array])


- Some notes are being dropped (same results as with midi-ox)
- 7 byte sysex works for less than a second then it hangs.

Thought 0.5ms is quite fast all sysex are received (through a standard 
midi cable) in the other Pc but Pd can't handle it.
