[PD] Issue compiling pure data on Fedora (William Binta)

Note: That guide is 6 years old and for Pd-extended. It may not be up to date. Which Pd are you compiling? If it's vanilla, you should really only need the ALSA & JACK development libraries on Linux, aside form the usual compiler, make, & auto tools.
