Has anyone made a LADSPA plugin host for Pd?

I would think this would be a more attractive, open alternative. Depending
on it's license, the gigaverb DSP could be wrapped into a LADSPA plugin, if
it isn't already. LADSPA is cross platform and there are binary plugin
packs available.
