[PD] Save patch with internal message

Hi List!

I'm tried to save a patch through internal messages
<https://puredata.info/community/pdwiki/PdInternalMessages> without
success. I tried menusave and menusaveas methods in some ways. I'm using Pd
0.49-1 (mac).

Is it possible to save patches via internal messages yet?
