The next "best bet for now" is to file a bug report about the quotes not being handled well -> https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/579 <https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/579>

This makes it far more likely for the issue to be fixed instead of relying on work arounds forever. :P
