[PD] Full stop '.' in class namespace

isn't it that :
/* next try (objectname)/(classname).(sys_dllextent) ... */
will load "foo/bar.pd_linux".
This is correct right?
watch the "/" and "." :
(something) / (something) . (extension)

why the loader would try to do that.
