seems like using [declare] becomes unnecessary then...

of course I think library name prefix looks ugly, so I guess I like
[declare] just to make things 'cleaner'.

but for my personal use, I have only one library i'm currently using, so I
don't deal with any of this :) - no collisions, no 'collusion'...
