[PD] abstraction saving issue within a parent patch

Confirmed here on linux.

Also if you try closing the modified test1 which contains the modified
test2, you get the dialog:
"Do you want to save the changes you made in "(...)/test1.pd"?
If you answer "No", then you get the *same* dialog:
"Do you want to save the changes you made in "(...)/test1.pd"?
