the same holds true for a number (although not all) Debian derivatives.

btw, there never was a Debian package for Pd-0.45.2 (there were package
for Pd-0.45.1 and Pd-0.45.3). Debian/jessie (and raspbian/jessie) had
Pd-0.46.2.
