to clarify:
the deken package claims that it is arch-independent, but in reality it
contains compiled Darwin/amd64 binaries (and no other binaries).

whether the "smart arch recognition" failed or not is hard to tell.
sometimes the arch recognition algorithm fails indeed.
although, if i run `deken package -v 0.18.1 ml-lib/` on the downloaded
directory, it results in a properly arched
"ml-lib[v0.18.1](Darwin-amd64-32).dek" file.

also, it's easy enough to create deken packages manually, bypassing the
"arch recognition" altogether.
