[PD] Pduino and shift registers

I'm having a hard time finding a source describing comprehensively what
the exact capabilities of the current Firmata version are. I wasn't
able to find any indication that shift registers are supported by
Firmata, so there is not much I can add in [pduino] to support shift
registers.
