[PD] [OT] services back online

[IEM - network operating center (IOhannes m zmoelnig)]

hi,

this is just a heads-up that the services offered by the IEM to the
Pd-community (mailinglists, puredata.info,...) are back online.

we've been offline for ~26 hours due to a broken upstream connection
(both our main upstream link and our secondary failover link were down
simultaneously for unrelated reasons; ofcourse this happened when most
of the upstream IT-department enjoyed their holidays).
