[PD] display weed names in latin on android

I tried it on MobMuPlat. The issue is not the rendering the symbol object,
but the fact that you are using graph-on-parent, which AFAIK no mobile app
(PdDroidParty/PdParty/MobMuPlat) supports. Put your symbol object on the
top level of the patch and it should work.
