[PD] Can't type the tilde (~) in pd 0.50 using PT-BR keyboard (Windows)

Hey, just in case somebody is also experiencing this issue:

Meanwhile the workaround is setting your keyboard configs in WIndows to "En". Then using shift + '. In doubt if you need to find this key is the one just above "Tab" as you can see in the EN_US layout linked in the github issue.

I expect that people from countries that speak french, spanish, etc might also have this problem.
