i think the problem is, that the file for macOS is called
"tof-v0.2.1-(Darwin-ppc-32)(Darwin-i386-32)(Darwin-X86_64-32)(Sources)-externals.tgz",
and deken seems to use case-sensitive architecture matching, so
"Darwin-X86_64-32" doesn't match macOS/64bit (which would be
"Darwin-x86_64-32" resp "Darwin-amd64-32")
