[PD] Deken does not report successful installation finish?

probably not.

just post a feature request on https://github.com/pure-data/deken/

note: deken does report it's success, but only on the main Pd-window at
some higher log-level.
iirc, it used to report in the deken window as well, but they were
reported on the result panel, which was a bit awkward.
success should probably be reported in the state panel (at the bottom o
fthe deken window)
