well, the source code is in the .zip file, so it's certainly possible. I had to make some quick fixes to the makefile but then it compiles: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1izzuSdM_gGTEYUAgwv8fK5-2Nb8IL-4Y

the build system should be really switched to pd-lib-builder, but I'm don't have time right now, so this is left as an exercise :-)
