[PD] Help with pdstring~ for Windows 10

Hi again :)

I have uploaded to Deken "moocow[v0.0.extended-not-all-objects](Windows-amd64-32)(Sources).dek" - it will be up on 24hs.

Some objects are missing (locale, uselocale) but these are working:

sprinkler
wchars2bytes
weightmap
any2bytes
bytes2any
bytes2wchars
deque
pdstring
printbytes
printwchars
readdir
