I'm not a macOS user but you can compile it. Sources are here : 
https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/tree/double-precision

If you have xcode installed do:

~~

cd path/to/pd
./autogen.sh
./configure CPPFLAGS=-DPD_FLOATSIZE=64
make
make app

~~

If you have never compiled lets wait until someone brings one to this 
thread.
