Joel de Guzman is very generous to share this intriguing Bitstream
Autocorrelation concept and also an implementation in C++. That
implementation is for platforms like microcontroller and DSP chip
where IO samples are integers. Not sure if the bitstream approach will
compare so favorably against FFT based autocorrelation within a float
oriented framework like Pd on general purpose architectures.
