[PD] PeRColate quick fix

hi, I was able to build for mac, but it doesn't work. I do get many
warnings from pdlibbuilder, but it seems the main issue is that I can't use
[declare -lib percolate] to load the library cause it says:

decalre -lib percolate
... couldn't create
load_object: Symbol "percolate_setup" not found

I'm assuming we'd need to use declare, if not, let us know. And if so, you
should include this in every help file.

cheers
