[PD] MIDI 2.0 in Pd?

In general, the plans seem to fall on whoever needs it first, then whoever wants to actually do it. I overhauled the MIDI handling a couple years ago now, so hopefully it won't be too difficult to extend what we have if someone wants to jump into byte protocols. I'm mildly interested but it will take a while until I can get around to it.
