[PD] Where to find gem.dll for 64 bit computer?

Hi, i  downloaded GEm(v0.94)(windows-amd64-32).dek

And im using pd 0.50.2 on windows 10.
But i have no connectiom to internet in the computer im tryibg to install
gem.
Im trying to use deken to compile (in pd ---> help --> searh external)
,then im looking for Gem but it doesnt find anything ( in preference i hace
changed the route to point where the .def file is ... But nothing.

Any ideas?
