[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.51-0test3 released (now on all platforms)

I have just tested 0.51-0test3 on windows and all the pdfontloader stuff 
is working fine. :)

A couple of hours I merged master into pull #720 and is ready to go. It 
contains some fixed dead links and rewrites from Alex on chapter 4 
"Externals". Its an overall more complete version of the manual.
