[PD] Please keep deken package online

Hi Alex (Porres)

I noticed that only the most recent version of ELSE is available
through Deken. When releasing newer versions, I consider it good
practice to keep older versions online. I don't see any harm in doing
that. OTOH, I see problems in removing outdated versions. For instance,
my script that downloads dependencies suddenly breaks.

BTW: I'm today getting a 404 when trying to download:

http://puredata.info/Members/porres/software/else/1.0beta27/else%5Bv1.0beta27%5D(Darwin-amd64-32).dek

although that version is listed in Deken. Probably, Deken's cache is
outdated. Another reason to keep old versions online.
