[PD] Quicktime Synth via IAC Bus from Pd?

Updating it is something I'd like to get around to.

I took me a afternoon for MIDI Patchbay and make a test build, if you also need it for 10.15: http://docs.danomatika.com/releases/midipatchbay/ <http://docs.danomatika.com/releases/midipatchbay/>

The main dev accepted most of the changes but wanted to do a lot more details, so there is still no official release on the lats 6 months.
