[PD] pd~ binary for max/msp

[Miller Puckette]

I have remote access to a mac with Max 7 on it, and I've been meaning at least
to get pd~ running on that.  We don't have Max 8 yet at UCSD... does anyone
out there know if Max 7 externs work on Max 8 as well?
