[PD] pd~ binary for max/msp - version 0.5 released

Here's a version for Windows if anyone is willing to test:

I have tested it with "Max for Live" and its working also with the 
-nogui flag.

Let us know if you found something.


PS: the help patch is tweaked for Windows.
