[PD] pd~ binary for max/msp - version 0.5 released

seems to work, great.

But: would it make sense to have a -quiet flag where stdout text "pd~
version 0.53, start 1, start 2" doesn't appear - but this is a small
detail, it's also ok if they remain.
And, what do the "start" flags mean?
