[PD] audio interface with multiple outs on raspberry pi

From my experience, the issue is mostly about full-duplex. I managed to
successfully use all sorts of cheap class-compliant audio interfaces
with the RPi3, but I only ever needed audio output. I never had luck
getting full duplex to work in Pd - which I didn't need in the end, so I
didn't tried too hard.
