[PD] remote OSC messages

Best download the "package" snapshot: 
https://git.iem.at/cm/aoo/-/jobs/20432/artifacts/download?file_type=archive, 
unzip the ".dek" file and copy it to your externals folder. That's a 
single Deken package with binaries for all common platforms.
