[PD] [PD-announce] Pd 0.513 test5 released

For testings' sake,  downloaded the new Big Sur macOS and installed the
test version and it seems ok, except for the same issues I found and have
already reported for Catalina: namely an annoyance where it takes a little
time to load externals and that the font size is not accurate
