[PD] Pd 64 bits precision "for real"?

One of the things that we need is

Once we have that it should be easy, at least for me, to compile much of 
the w64 deken for double precision.

(it could also be cool to have a new flag for pd-lib-builder so that 
binaries have the new extension. that might be very easy.)
