[PD] Pduino 0.5 and 0.6 compatibility with Pd0.51-1

This was an answer to the question "and have you tried pduino 0.5 with 
Pd-vanilla 0.51-1? " IOhannes asked.

I rechanged the subject to stick with IOhannes' and your suggestions. Is 
it ok now ?
